Acceptance and License
By downloading, accessing, or using Linify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal use. This license is for access to the App itself.
AI-Generated Content
The App creates coloring page line art based on the photos you provide. These results are generated by an AI service and may not always be accurate, appropriate in every context, or free of errors. You understand that you are responsible for how you choose to use any generated coloring page content.
AI-generated coloring pages may produce unexpected, imperfect, or unintended results. By using the App, you acknowledge that such variations are a natural part of AI-generated content and accept responsibility for reviewing and using the content appropriately.
Acceptable Use and Your Responsibilities
You agree not to use the App or its generated content in ways that are illegal, harmful, abusive, or that infringe on the rights of others. You are responsible for the photos you submit and for ensuring you have the right to use them.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App and any content it generates is appropriate for your intended audience and context. You are also responsible for any activity that occurs on your device while using the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms of Use.
On-Device Storage
Coloring pages and projects created in the App are stored only on your device. You are responsible for managing, backing up, or exporting files as needed. We are not responsible for lost, deleted, or inaccessible content.
Service Availability
The App and its features may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App.
We may add, modify, or remove features, or discontinue the App entirely, at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to maintain or support any specific functionality.
Some features of the App rely on third-party services, including AI model providers and platform services. If these services experience issues, change their functionality, or discontinue support, related features in the App may be affected. We are not responsible for such impacts.
Subscriptions and Payments
The App may offer subscriptions or other in-app purchases that are processed through Apple's payment system. Payment and billing details are managed by Apple and are subject to Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Submit photos that you do not have the right to use, or that depict others without their consent.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages that may result from your use of, or inability to use, the App or any AI-generated content.
Eligibility and Termination
By using the App, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so under the laws of your region.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use or for any other reason.
Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms of Use from time to time. Any updates will be posted within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
